All students are required to submit arrival details before they depart for UIC.
Please provide your arrival details at least 15 days in advance to the program start date. We need to know when you are arriving so we can confirm your housing and enrollment, it also helps the campus team prepare for your arrival and make your big day go as smoothly as possible. Also, we offer free rides from O’Hare International Airport (ORD) to campus.

Arriving before your scheduled move-in date?

You will need to arrange your own private airport transfer and accommodation. Please refer to your Next Steps Guide for a list of hotels and transportation services near UIC. Contact us at admissions@UICGlobal.org if you are arriving prior to or after the move-in date and would like to book airport transfer service. We will do our best to accommodate requests outside of move-in dates.
